Like NBC's summer airwaves their tourist trap NBC Experience Store at Rockefeller Plaza is rife with reruns. Those "Have a Witty Holiday" windows Barneys unveiled in November celebrating 35 years of Saturday Night Live? An over-stuffed and very-condensed version has landed in a central window along W. 50th Street. There are no Coneheads, and no designer fashion (lest it compete with the Friends tees), but many of those giant papier-mâché tributes have made the move. We knew marked-down merchandise often ended up at lesser stores, but now displays? Cheap and lazy or totally green? Weigh in with a comment.
