iPhone 4 Still Sold Out, No Word on New Shipments

Calls this morning to all four Apple locations in Manhattan yielded the same crushing news: no new shipments of the iPhone 4 as of yet. The exhausted sounding staffer from the Fifth Avenue location offered to take down names for reservations and said that those reserved would receive an email once new phones arrive. The staffers we spoke to all stores would not (or could not) give an ETA of new shipments. Looks like the many who braved the heat and crowds last week are the ones laughing now.
