Ladies' Night at Best Buy

Women: They also like electronic devices! The head honchos at Best Buy made this mind-boggling discovery recently after realizing that their otherwise stagnant sales were increasing among female shoppers. Now, they're using what they call "Women's Leadership Forums" to consult with customers on what they want from their gadget-buying experience. It sounds like it's working, although it can't be hard for Best Buy to improve their current statistics: Right now only 16% of sales go to ladies, which might have something to do with the chain's staff being a whopping 69% male.
