The giant LCD display above the Forever 21 That Ate Manhattan jolted to life this morning, revealing its true purpose to all of Times Square. Turns out it's a clock counting down the days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the fast fashion chain officially opens in the former home of the Virgin Megastore. With some 9 days and 23 hours left to go when the photo above was taken this morning, we're assuming that Friday, June 25 is the day Times Square will change forever. Bonus intel: Our spies tell us that everything inside the store is white, including the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling over the escalators to the lower levels.
