NOLITA—Ten Parsons seniors are showcasing their collections at Debut starting tomorrow. Stop by the boutique, on Mulberry between Houston and Bleecker, anytime between noon and 7pm Wednesday through Saturday or noon—6pm Sunday to get a look at the next generation of designers from the school that produced Marc Jacobs and Donna Karan. LOS ANGELES—Dov Charney posted his phone number yesterday and invited people with concerns about allegations of looks discrimination at American Apparel to give him a call. So who took the bait? Well, the Cut had a lovely but off-the-record chat with him while he was still waking up (there's something amazingly ballsy about the fact that they gave him a ring at 7am). And the Gloss got some quotes, including an outburst on the allegedly leaked emails Gawker's been published for the last few days. Says Dov, "The e-mail was inauthentic! It’s not even a real e-mail!" Want to ask him about it yourself? The number's 213-923-7943. [The Cut; The Gloss]
