Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

It's Pre-Collection presentation time for the fashion industry and in a move of extreme efficiency, Cynthia Rowley is bringing her upcoming Resort 2011 line straight to the editors via a van full of eight models ("nine if one drives"). The plan is to make their way through the city and have the models strut the looks guerilla-style (we're having a bit of Kell on Earth/DKNY cozy sweater video deja vu) for the editors gathered on the sidewalks in front of the major fashion houses. The Tuesday, June 15th itinerary for the one-hour visits (and presumably taking midtown traffic into account) is: 1pm at Condé Nast HQ at 4 Times Square, then 3pm Hearst Towers and 5pm the Time Life Building. Plan your work breaks accordingly. [WWD, subscription req'd]
