Strange but true: After years of continuing decline, sales of records—honest to goodness vinyl turntable records—have started to rise again recently. So many it's not completely crazy that a brand-new record store called Black Gold is coming to Carroll Gardens. Reports Brownstoner: "Tucked right between Frankies 457 and Prime Meats, Black Gold will also be selling coffee and antiques. And if your record collection is taking up too much space in your apartment, lug them down to Court and 4th...they're buying before they open for business." [Brownstoner]
