Our sister site Eater NY got to preview the food court by celebrity chef Todd English at the Plaza Retail Collection last night. Their take: "It's a pretty space, and everything served last night—lobster! oysters! crab legs! aggressively pushed salty pizza!—ranged from decent to very good. A shame though because about 85 percent of food-focused New Yorkers will never set foot in the space (because, well, why would they?). But we're happy to report that the residents and guests at the Plaza and the fancy ladies that shop in its basement will have tasty noshes." Also, they came away with a Todd English frisbee, which ranks up there with the Fashion Week rubber-band ball in the Random But Weirdly Useful Swag Hall of Fame. [Eater NY; Previously]
