Vogue UK reported this morning that Giles Deacon will indeed become the new creative director of Emanuel Ungaro. And he's taking British super-stylist and LOVE editor Katie Grand (who just happens to be his ex-girlfriend) with him. Between this newly solidified creative leadership, the fact that Lindsay Lohan has moved on to fashion-free scandals, and the news that the empty Madison Avenue boutique has been snapped up, it looks like the saga of Ungaro as a brand in crisis is finally ending.
