The Costello Tagliapietra collection for Uniqlo is still hot on the shelves, but that's not stopping the ever prolific fast-fashion retailer from announcing an upcoming collaboration: Uniqlo + Velvet, which launches on June 17. Velvet, known for their luxuriously casual looks, has created four SoCal-inspired collections featuring 14 jersey styles priced between $15.90 to $19.90. The lines even have these image-conjuring names: "Rodeo Drive" (with a cap-sleeved tunic), the sportier "Point Dume" (think cropped, grey, slouchy drop-crotch pants), "Venice Beach" (a heather grey racer back tank dress) and, of course, "Hollywood Roosevelt" (a night-time look).
The collaboration doesn't stop there. Uniqlo + Velvet will also be launching a cashmere collaboration in September. The cashmere line will feature a seasonal color palette of black, wine, teal and grey. Looks include a cardies with trapeze silhouettes, asymmetrical cuts, off the shoulder tunics and more, with prices ranging between a friendly $99.90 and $129.90.
