Tomorrow, trendy British import AllSaints opens on Broadway a few doors up from trendy British import Topshop. Unlike Topshop, though, AllSaints has a more unified aesthetic: Dark and deconstructed but also surprisingly wearable. The quality is better, but that also means prices run higher (Fashionista estimates the general range as $250-$600.)
We've been dying to see the inside of the store for a while now, and the Times only whets our appetite. They report that decor includes "searchlight fixtures recovered from the Suez Canal, sewing machines from Chatham Dockyard, a loom from a mill in Sheffield"—you know, all the standard furniture you need when your logo is a ram's skull.
