Diane Von Furstenberg and the CFDA have already raised an astonishing $1 million dollars from the sales of their $25 "Fashion for Haiti" T-shirts and thus it's time for a proper pat on the back.
DVF's Meatpacking headquarters has transitioned from the neon and pink of International Women's Day to a far more demure display, where the mannequins lounge about on a figurative cloud nine. Their messy '70s-meets-Marie Antoinette hair poufs make them seem like they just lost a fight with a feisty down comforter, but nothing seems to highlight the patterns and textures of DVF's summer collection better than a background of pure white cotton ball brilliance.
