Sample Sally dropped by the Acne, Filippa K and Nudie Jeans sample sale last night to check out 50 to 75% off deals on Spring merchandise. Yesterday seemed to be a private sale and it officially opens to the public today. Last night's evening rush had just hit with select fans from all over the world shopping the discounts. Sally's report:
Near the door are several racks of men's pants (mostly denim) followed by shirts ($75 to $80) and jackets (blazers started at $150 and leathers at $350, depending on the brand). As for offerings for women, I found mostly Acne and Filippa K jeans, knits, tops and jackets – some Nudie Jeans mixed in. The denim for all brands were $100. Tops at $50, dresses started at $75, knits (including cashmere) went from $60 to $100.
Sally also found a smattering of random items in the back, including Acne and Filippa K shoes at $150 and boots for $250. She wasn't so impressed with the $10 to $30 upstairs bargain bin selections though. It sounds like the crowds did some damage last night, so if you're a fan of the brands, it would be best to stop by today.
