An Upper East Side jewelry store helped Tom DeBourcey propose to his girlfriend with a window display this weekend. Per the Daily News, "DeBourcy popped the question during a stroll past Jeri Cohen Fine Jewelry on Third Ave., where he had arranged for flowers and a 'Will you marry me Alexandra?' sign to be displayed." Aww! The bride-to-be says she felt attached to the store because Jill Zarin always goes there on Real Housewives of New York, so, uh, good work, Jill Zarin? [NYDN]
