Australians: So good at swimwear! In the wake of We Are Handsome's photo-print maillots arriving at Opening Ceremony, Aussie brand Zimmermann has opened a spring/summer pop-up shop on Greene Street just south of Prince. Zimmermann's suits don't run cheap, but they do manage to capture that elusive mix of sexy and sturdy—you could jump around in the waves in one of their designs and not worry too much about it getting destroyed or, heaven forbid, disappearing completely. (Check Shopbop for some examples; just don't think too hard about this sheer little number.)

Along with swim, the 2500-square-foot shop, which debuted today, will sell the line's feminine clothing, shoes, bags, some kidswear, and a selection of Australian jewelry. And while they're, uh, testing the waters in Soho, they'll be searching for a permanent space to call home. Look for a full-time Zimmermann store to appear somewhere in Manhattan after the pop-up closes June 30th.
