Twiggy, Twiggy, Twiggy to Launch Brit-Chic Line for HSN

New York is going through its own mini British Invasion this week, with the Liberty of London Manhattan pop-up shop opening tomorrow, and today we just got word that Twiggy has worked out a new collaboration of her own with HSN. Next month, as part of the former Home Shopping Network's ongoing push to become more fashion-focused, it will be launching the model's Twiggy London line of clothes, shoes and accessories.

Twiggy's line includes blouses jackets, handbags, pumps, and sneakers that look like clones of the Chuck Taylors we're already wearing. So far, the standout piece of the collection seems to be that patent leather Union Jack tote bag, which sells for $79.90.

The lifestyle brand will dip into her closet and come up with "all the sort of things I love and love to wear," Twiggy said. "I think all clothes should be gorgeous, affordable, comfortable and fun. So many times the fashion industry gets a bit serious, and I think fashion should be fun, especially affordable fashion."
