DUMBO—Roll call: That's Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, Tina Knowles, Beyoncé, Mayor Bloomberg, and Karen Carpenter-Palumbo, who runs the state's Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, communally cutting the ribbon to launch the Beyoncé Cosmetology Center, a beauty school for recovering addicts in Dumbo.
