Today Naomi Campbell news: Driver Miodrag Mejdina issued a statement through his lawyer apologizing to the supermodel for...well, OK, what is he apologizing for? Having a smackable head? According to the New York Post, Mejdina said that he "overreacted" when he called the cops on Campbell for walloping him. He regrets involving the police, and implicitly he regrets involving the media: "This whole thing has been blown out of proportion and I apologize to Ms. Campbell for causing that to happen," he said, making us want to offer him a nice comforting cup of tea and possibly a hug.
