Don't go looking for Chanel at 139 Spring Street tomorrow. The label plans to spend the spring and summer sprucing up its Soho home, moving back after the renovations are complete in mid-September. They're not going far, though; the Post reports that they're taking over the 10,700-square foot duplex space at 134 Spring across the street. Chanel will be 134 Spring's third short-term tenant, following the Rug Company's brief sublet during its own renovations and the Limited's extended pop-up shop this past fall. The Rug Company is moving back to its 84 Wooster Street location, which is why Chanel can now move in.
