In response to the rumors flying about yesterday, the owner of Emmanuel Ungaro, Asim Abdullah, officially denies that the fashion house is up for sale. Abdullah tells today's WWD, “it’s absolutely not true. The company is not for sale”. The company strategy for now is to to "rationalize costs" in an effort to be "sustainable" by next year.
