Yesterday, Racked reported rumors of luxury jeweler Tiffany & Co. opening a third New York location. The latest word on the street is that the purveyor of luxury jewels and the iconic blue box is close to signing a contract for a 200,000+ square foot space in the restored Toy Building at 200 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District. The parties involved have not made any official statements at this time, but if this pans out, shoppers will be able to pick up heart shaped pendants and a Shake Shack burger all in one trip.
