We went over to the Metropolitan Pavilion about an hour ago to check in on the Hermès line, and lo and behold, it was a monster. If you're walking down 18th Street from Fifth Avenue, you'll spot the end of the line long before you hit Sixth. You'll also notice a lot of bitchface: People do not seem happy. Maybe they're just hungry—we spotted one man handing a women situated towards the middle of the line a bag from McDonald's. It probably does make sense to bring snacks. The line's front-runners grudgingly told us that they had been waiting for a very long two and half hours.—Lauren Frankfort
