Tokio 7 Re-Opens; Liberty x Target Pre-Orders for the Truly Obsessed

EAST VILLAGE—Classic consignment shop Tokio 7 unveils its new home tonight. The shop, which was located for years at 64 E. 7th Street between First and Second Avenues, just picked up and moved across the street to a fancy new storefront at No.83. Local bloggers are calling the new place the "7th Street tumor" because of the way it grows out of an older building, but while the name is rather unpleasant, the setting ought to be good for Tokio, which certainly has enough designer merchandise to fill a bigger space. ONLINE—If you were really desperate to get your hands on some Liberty of London for Target, and you didn't mind waiting or paying shipping fees, you could pre-order directly from the Liberty website. The merchandise doesn't launch in the UK until March 29, but at least you'd know your order was in. [Liberty]
