Shoppers Queue Up for Liberty x Target Pop-Up

About a hundred people were waiting outside Target's Liberty of London pop-up as of 10:45am. The store is set to open to the public any minute now. When it does, we suspect the woman we saw in line already wearing a Liberty-print dress will be particularly happy.
