We feel like this Newark billboard, for T.I.'s label Akoo, is trying to tell us something—but what could it be? Actually, maybe it's in poor taste to joke about the ad, given the response it's getting in Jersey. Concerned locals feel like the marketing company behind the billboard is taking advantage of Newark's reputation for lawlessness. Mayor Cory Booker even issued a statement linking the ad to "kids wearing their pants too low," prompting Gothamist to point out that it's hard to tell whether the woman in question is removing the man's jeans or pulling them back up.
