Snoop Dogg and Darth Vader are going to be leading an Imperial March up Broadway this morning to promote the Adidas Originals x Star Wars collaboration. The collection first came out in January, but they're adding T-shirts, jackets and a new shoe to the line, so clearly that is cause to celebrate by bringing out Snoop Dogg. We're inexplicably thrilled by the idea of Snoop Dogg and a pack of Storm Troopers, and we assume so is Jess Weinstein, global creative director for Adidas Originals brand marketing, who says they've been giving him stuff for the past four years.
Snoop Dogg and the Storm Troopers will be leaving the Footlocker on 34th Street at 9:30a.m. and making their way north to 45th Street. When they're done selling shoes and posing for photos, the posse will march to to the Soho Adidas Originals store at 136 Wooster Street to unveil the new Star Wars-themed shoe.
