Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

EVERYWHERE—That New York Times Magazine story in which the Rodarte ladies design crazy knitwear for Olympic athletes has gone live, and it's every bit as deranged and fuzzy as we'd dreamed it would be. Click through for a series of gorgeous photos of winter Olympians wearing high fashion on snowboards and on the ice. [NYT; Previously]

SOHO—Remember the holiday pop-up shop at the Anna Sheffield showroom? It's back for Valentine's Day! Starting tonight, the space will host a range of vendors including chocolate-maker Anne Apparu, cloak savant Lindsey Thornburg, letterpress queen Amber McMillian, knitwear label Souchi, scarf mavens A Peace Treaty, and of course Anna Sheffield herself. Stop by the space from 5pm to 8pm for a cocktail party, or drop by Friday from 3pm to 8pm or this weekend from 1pm to 8pm. Sheffield's showroom is at 153 Lafayette Street between Grand and Howard on the fourth floor. [Racked Inbox; Previously]
