Back in November, new development 351 Bowery launched a flea market called the Bowery Bazaar in the retail space on its first floor. In January, EV Grieve reported that the spot was being rebranded as Boutiques on the Bowery, which seemed to be roughly the same concept except slightly more permanent. (The building even etched the name into the windows, which suggests they were in it for the long haul.) Now, Bowery Boogie brings word that the whole project is kaput. 351 Bowery's owners might need to find a single long-term tenant after all.
