If you're a Theory fan, you know it's possible to find the brand's samples on serious markdown several times a year. For the past couple sales, reviews haven't been great, so we've been very curious about the state of affairs up at Clothingline, where Theory samples and irregulars are now going for under $100 for the rest of the week. Luckily, Sample Sally has the full report, plus a video.
The good news: There's a dressing room—a rare thing at Clothingline. The not-so-good news: Writes Sally, "Almost every garment I picked up had a hole, rip, torn, or thread pull on it." Prices are good ($15 tees, $35 tops—including sweaters), but there's a reason much of this merchandise is marked down so low. Sally did find some nice $99 men's leather jackets in good condition, but unless you're a guy who needs some transitional outerwear, you might want to sit this one out.
