Not one to be jealous, the Hermès flagship store on Madison and is celebrating the opening of its new neighbor across the street: the first (and currently only) Hermès Men's. Thus, the theme of the windows is cute construction, with little cranes hoisting Hermès china and mini semis hauling Kelly bags all amidst large wood blocks of New York landmarks.
Nice thoughts to wish the new store well, but we're guessing that the Hermès flagship is happy to kick all the silk ties and men's robes across the street in favor of more space for the saddles, scarves and perfumes for which they're really known. Perhaps they'll actually get a good selection of Birkins in stock now?
