We like to think that Alexander McQueen would have approved of Bergdorf Goodman's tribute to him. The department store is one of the best players in New York's window dressing game, and in homage they've installed a dramatic, high-fashion angel on a pedestal bearing the late designer's name in their southernmost east-facing window. The angel has enormous architectural wings, white feathers running like spikes down her arms, and a pair of deadly spike heels. She is, of course, wearing McQueen.
