It's every person for themselves at JFK right now, and the situation at some airport shops is dire. Be warned that if you head to terminals at JFK, LaGuardia or Newark in hopes of getting one of the few flights out, that paper towels and napkins are wiped out, fresh food is getting more endangered by the minute and many stores have just plain shut down because their employees couldn't make it in to work.
