The editor-in-chief of Vogue has definitely been to Queens before—she loves the US Open, and she kicked off Fashion's Night Out at the Queens Center Mall in 2009. But this might be the first time in recorded history that she's been spotted browsing in Brooklyn. The Flea should be very proud.
