Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Hats off to Eugenia Kim's sample sale on W. 36th Street. The fashionable headgear and hair accessories come in multiple shapes and sizes and a variety of styles, from furry earmuffs to berets and fedoras. Standout pieces include a black-and-white fox-shaped scarf called Foxy and a striped wool Sherlock cap named Sam. Prices ranged from $10 to $200 for knitted, wool, and feathered headgear (see the price list in the photo gallery). And even if you're not a hat wearer yourself, the prices are reasonable for a holiday gift.—Jena Glick
