As the saying goes, trouble comes in threes—especially when we're talking about designer shoe sample sales. First it was cushy Manolo Blahnik, then elitist guest-list Christian Louboutin, and this Monday, look out because Hollywood-fave Brian Atwood is coming to town. The one-day sale, with shoes starting at $150, will run from 9am to 6pm at 444 West 17th Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. Ladies, gird your loins.
It just so happens that we ran into Brian Atwood at the MoMA last night and got the dish straight from the source. "It'll be chaos because we've been getting crazy calls already," the ridiculously handsome designer tells us. "People are even flying in for this, which is kind of funny, but you know, we love shoes. So bring it on."
