A company that measures how shoppers perceive brands reveals that the city's tastes aren't so rarefied after all. "New Yorkers may fancy themselves sophisticates, but asked to name their favorite brands, city residents say they like to wear Old Navy jeans, gulp down Dunkin' Donuts coffee and drive Fords," says the Post.
