LOWER EAST SIDE—Epaulet's Manhattan pop-up shop went so well that the Brooklyn boutique has signed the lease on a permanent outpost on Orchard Street. The new location opens tomorrow at 144 Orchard in the former home of fetish shop Demask. Look for Manhattan exclusives among the usual mix of well-tailored menswear and some women's pieces. Exciting addendum for the ladies: House brand clogs, pictured above with store pup Cameo. [Racked Inbox; Previously]

TIMES SQUARE—Crain's reports that in order to celebrate its store opening on Tuesday, "Disney is closing Times Square for a two-hour parade featuring favorite characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Cinderella and Buzz Lightyear. Mayor Michael Bloomberg will also be in attendance." [Crain's]
