A bit of miserable rain and umbrella-busting wind wasn't about to keep a small group of determined shoppers from waiting outside the opening of the Warehouse Sale's Rock & Republic bonanza this morning. The sale offers up to 80% off of Rock & Republic denim and apparel for women, men and kids.

We dropped by a few minutes before the opening to see what was in store for the stalwart shoppers. The pricing system is per the usual Warehouse Sale M.O.—jeans start at $79.99 on day one, drop to $69.99 for day two, and culminate at $59.99 on the last day.

A look through the denim styles for women turned up low-rise boot-cuts, distressed straight legs, studded distressed "Scoundrels", low-rise skinnies, and super-skinny moto-cross lightly washed jeans with grommet detail. Also, any sort of embellishments are an additional $10 on top of the aforementioned pricing. Apparel runs from $24.99 to $99.99 (on day one) for leather, outerwear, and jewel-toned halter evening gowns with pleated detail (complete with a flowy train and originally retailing around $700).

Moms-to-be will be excited to hear that there are maternity jeans, too. Women's sizes run from 23 to 32. Also interesting to note—children's jeans start at $39.99 (on day one) and a size 14 kids is the same size as an adult's size 24. So if you're a size 24, hello $39.99 jeans.

The menswear selection is smaller than the ladies, but still sizable. The sizes run from 28 to 40 and we saw lots of boot cuts and straight cuts in various washes, plus a few back-pocket bedazzled designs (in a masculine way, of course). There are also blazers (in khaki and a slightly sharkskin black) that start at $89.99 and button downs (in olive, black, grey) and vests starting at $39.99.

There are men's and women's fitting rooms in the back and there will probably be the usual coat and bag check. Cash and credit are both accepted. Staffers also promise lots of replenished stock because they packed for another stop in Dallas right after this sale.
