Depending on how you look at it, the movie-theater-turned-roller-disco-turned-Rite Aid in Greenpoint is either the coolest drugstore or the worst roller skating rink in all of Brooklyn. Soon, though, it might be restored to its former glory. The Brooklyn Paper reports that the landlord recently decided to sell the building, and since Rite Aid is paying about half the market rate in rent, the new owner probably won't keep it around for long.
