PetSmart's NoHo location, which just debuted this past Saturday, comes with a genius gimmick: One of the windows in the 100-year-old storefront opens directly onto the grooming parlor. When we stopped by Sunday afternoon, a small crowd had gathered to watch two little white dogs get haircuts. "I'm trying to see which groomer is better for my dog," said a woman with a kitten-sized mini-poodle hiding out in her purse. This is PetSmart's second NYC store; the first opened in Harlem's East River Plaza this summer.
