Katy Perry is driving around New York today in a purple ice cream truck selling her new fragrance, Purr by Katy Perry. She's starting out in Greeley Square, otherwise known as the park at the southern end of Herald Square, and she'll wind up at the Bowery Hotel tonight for a launch party.
