Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

As Diane von Furstenberg gets closer to opening in Soho, the Spanish label that occupied the space for the past five years prepares for a launch of its own in Tribeca. Agatha Ruiz de la Prada primarily carries clothing for women and children, although bags, baby gear, neckties, and all sorts of other products have been known to make an appearance. The style is bright and wacky and muy picante, with a color scheme that makes DVF look like Rick Owens. Look for the showroom-style space to open on the corner of Greenwich and Watts within the next few months.
