Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

EVERYWHERE—The good people at the Vulture made our dreams come true and produced a slideshow of Mad Men pajamas. Trudy's amazing ruffled maternity peignoir from two episodes ago naturally makes an appearance, as does Betty's never-ending series of floaty chiffon nightgowns and Joan's adorably un-Joan-like matching PJ set. It all serves as a reminder that while 2010 has 1964 beat in terms of things like race relations and parenting skills, 1964 totally had better sleepwear. [Vulture; Racked National]

UPPER EAST SIDE—Workers break ground on the E. 86th Street Fairway with a ceremony this Wednesday. The store will occupy 45,000 square feet and should open next winter, at which point Fairway's owners will immediately begin looking for their next location. "We look to open a store every six months," Fairway heir Howie Glickberg told the Wall Street Journal. [The Real Deal]
