Now that the real estate market is looking slightly less dire, expect high-end stores to start opening on the Bowery again. Brokers expect fashion tenants to take over 334 Bowery, 57 Bond, and 231 Bowery, but the biggest future deal will be for the 22,000 square feet of retail at new luxury rental 2 Cooper Square. Whatever winds up going in there, it's probably not going to sell bulk restaurant supplies. [The Real Deal]
