Proenza Schouler Dresses Scattered Around New York

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

This weekend, Long Island City modern art museum PS1 will host MOVE!, a "live performance-based art and fashion event." Designers like Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenberg, and the guys behind Proenza Schouler will team up with artists like Terence Koh and Dan Colen on twelve—well, twelve what we're not exactly sure, but given the talent involved, they'll probably be amazing no matter what they are. Also amazing: The tweet above, from Visionaire editor Cecilia Dean via the Twitter of event co-sponsors V magazine. If you're one of the lucky winners, let us know where you found your dress (and what it looks like, and how much it made your day—just so that we can be really detailed in our jealousy.)
