Daphne Guinness, heiress and ridiculous shoe wearer, soon may no longer be allowed to legally bathe. After flooding her downstairs neighbors' multi-million dollar apartment four times, the couple below is now suing and asking that she put a halt on her bath drawing to spare their Upper East Side home.

Back in May, the tub overflowed as she absentmindedly forgot about it while talking on the phone, and earlier this month, the super caught Guinness' assistants "attempting to dry the floor with bath towels" from another spill. The girl's got a lot of other things on her mind, like what fabulous thing to wear or what color her hair should be next, but more than one assistant? With Alexander McQueen's foot-tall armadillo shoes as regular footwear, a 400 pound bodyguard to ride piggyback on would be a much better investment. Especially if he knows how to correctly fill a bathtub.
