Zac Posen's mother Susan is stepping down from her second stint as the company's CEO. Susan, a former mergers and acquisitions lawyer, helped steer Zac in a more mass-market direction, encouraging his Target collab and lower-priced Z Spoke line. She's relinquishing her duties to Scoop head Susan Davidson, though she'll retain her dual positions as chair of the company's board and sole board member authorized to cut the crusts off Zac's sandwiches.
