Soho might seem full of international chains—Uniqlo, Topshop, AllSaints—but there's always room for more. According to the New York Post, Canadian brand Aritzia just signed a deal to sublet 524 Broadway from Banana Republic. The two-level space shares a building with the Gap, but Aritzia is definitely a little hipper than its new neighbor. It plays indie rock in its stores, touts its commitment to eco-friendly design, and carries labels like Rachel Comey, J Brand, and See by Chloe along with its five in-house lines. Bonus fun fact: It's also the company that designed all the medal ribbons for last year's Olympics.
