Sorry, skinny guys: Your body type has stopped being cool. According to this weekend's Style section, the boyish silhouette made popular by Hedi Slimane is out and beefy masculinity is back, presumably because the recession has made us all suddenly long for burly cavemen and/or employable Don Draper types to protect us. Anecdotal but compelling evidence from GQ's editor-in-chief Jim Nelson: "Half the story pitches the editors at GQ get nowadays, Mr. Nelson added, come from writers who want to go to butcher’s school."
