Oh, to be a twelve-year-old in Times Square in the year 2010! Disney just officially announced its plan to move into part of the Virgin Megastore space on Broadway between 45th and 46th Streets, right next to the incoming Forever 21. According to Crain's, the store will take up "a portion of the first, second and third floors for a total of almost 25,000 square feet"—which will still seem sort of wimpy compared with Forever 21's 90,000-square-foot monster next door.
